It was an early September morning and I was on my way to my bus stop to begin my first day at Vincent High School. I show no fear on my face but in the inside I was terrified. My bus arrives at 7:45 and as I waited on the block of 14th Walnut waiting for my bus to come more kids started to come stand on the bus stop with me so I didn’t feel along and more. When my bus finally pulls up to my stop I step on to the Joy Farm bus and I was looking to find me a sea. Luckily it wasn’t pack because we were the second people to get pick up. I had one of them feelings that everything was go be alright but something in my body was trying to tell me different. As I get ready to walk into this big environment every thing began to move in slow motions. When I step through the doors of Vincent High School I was surrounded by more then 100 kids standing around this big red carpet with teachers sitting at tables passing out class schedules. I got out of bed, got ready, and then was on my way to the bus stop. Everyone feels very anxious and at the same time nervous about their first day of school.The ride to the school was only twenty minutes, but it seemed a lot longer. My class schedule was hard for me to understand. I could not find my classes on time.Also, I couldnt ask other students for directions because I did not know whether they were in my classes. My first class was Biology, and I was already late for the class. Fortunately, I saw a security guard walking around in the hallway, who helped me to find my class. That day for me was about to get lot more complicated with locker trouble, and getting lost. I felt lonely because there was not anyone with whom I could talk.
